Returns
For the safety of our customers, we do not accept any returns. ASA Therapeutics products are personal care products handmade with wholesome natural ingredients and so we cannot be resold/restocked once they have been shipped out.
Order Changes / Cancellations
ASA Therapeutic products are made to order and processed immediately to ensure that they are delivered to our customers in a timely manner. As such, once an order is received and processed, we will not be able to modify or cancel it.
Damaged Products:
We pack our products with utmost care to prevent damage due to handling. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please include your name, order/invoice number, and images of the damages. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Shipping/Lost/Stolen Package:
ASA Therapeutics uses USPS to ship products within 3 to 5 days. Customers will receive an email that will include a tracking number to allow the ability to track packages up to the delivery. Please make a note of your tracking number. Once shipped and confirmed by USPS, ASA Therapeutics is NOT responsible for packages not received, lost or stolen. Please contact USPS for resolution.
